What is Starfish?
At Littlefish we like to recognise and reward our staff when they go above and beyond the call of duty in support of our customers and partners. The Starfish scheme enables us to more effectively monitor where excellent service is delivered and by which members of the team. On a monthly basis we'll be rewarding team members with the most Starfish nominations by giving them vouchers, bonuses and other surprise gifts.
